Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice will incur a 50% no-show fee of the scheduled service.
